i think this wont happen again, as ron dennis, who clearly loved hamilton is gone. alonso would have expected no.1 status, and im sure he was promised that, but when they realised how good hamilton was, they screwed alonso over cause hami was a brit. but now with 2 world champs, even though hami is an inside favourite, i doubt a split can happen again

i still cant describe how flabergasted i am that jenson won the 2009 f1 gp .... his timing is just ok and he landed at branwn ... it should have been barichello .... luck only hits you once and being with hamilton will be another story altogether ... lewis is far better than jenson ...

I think the Mclaren rivalry will not be a big issue this season. There are so many drivers on the grid who can challenge for a win this season. If Mclaren or their drivers are worrying about favoritism, they have lost the championship already!

both hamilton and button are over hyped drivers...... i don't care even if they start complaining from the very first race.

It seems though initially it will be ok as it was at the time of Hamilton-Alonso. But once they both are on equal terms in race wins or overall performance then the main issue will start. But I think Hamilton has matured enough & will have the upper hand on Button. This year it will all be upto the drivers to take care of their cars & score points/wins rather than team interfering with strategies.

Like Vettel & Webber. Hamilton is fast but makes silly mistakes. Button is consistent and can easily beat Hamilton because of this. No refuelling will favour Buttons smooth driving style while Hamilton is tough on tyres. Their relationship might be antagonistic, but with Buttons’ professionalism and Hamiltons’ experience with Alonso I think they will make plod through the season amicably.

Hamilton is Mclaren's Baby .. Even if button is stronger than him, as soon as they find hamilton cry, they will give Button a stupid strategy like they did to Alonso and Koveleinen so that Button will remain behind hamilton.

from the body language of button i have seen when interviewed, when ask about his chances with lewis , he deternment to hide that he knows lewis will be more superiour then him, he is just kicking his but , he cannot take back his word on brawn because he will never defeate sumi in brawn, so welcome 2010, Its really between lewis , sumi , Alonso & vattel

Alonso screwed things up at McLaren in 2007 and bummed out Hamilton. This year, Button will bum himself out. Button will be like the beauty contestant loser sobbing in the changing rooms. Hamilton and McLaren have nothing to worry about.

Button, wrong move man. No point in being with a team that is pro-Hamilton. See what happened to Alonso. UR next, hahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!
